Overview: In a divorce proceeding, the wife was properly denied maintenance under Mo. Rev. Stat. § 452.335 because even if the wife were unable to meet her reasonable needs, the husband would not have the resources to pay a maintenance award; also, she was properly ordered to pay $ 73,266 as part of the division of the marital property.
