Overview: Pursuant to Mo. Rev. Stat. § 287.140.4 (2000), the Division of Workers' Compensation could not reject a health care provider's medical fee dispute applications, without a hearing, on the grounds that the statute of limitations had run or that the underlying workers' compensation case has settled, dismissed, or otherwise administratively closed.
