Overview: There was sufficient evidence for the jury to have found defendant guilty of aiding and abetting his friend in committing second degree murder, Mo. Rev. Stat. § 565.021(1) (2000), and armed criminal action, Mo. Rev. Stat. § 571.015.1 (2000), but his convictions were reversed because prejudicial hearsay testimony was erroneously admitted.
