Overview: In a child molestation case, the trial court did not plainly err under Mo. Sup. Ct. R. 30.20 by allowing the testimony of the victim's mother about her lack of a sexual relationship with defendant as defendant used this testimony during closing argument by inferring that his not having sex with the mother, who was married, was an act of virtue.
