Overview: In breach of contract and wrongful termination suit, it was unclear if city attorney still had claim because of law of the case. Trial court had dismissed breach of contract claims, but amended petition was filed raising dismissed claims. City attorney should have raised adverse rulings on cross-appeal, pursuant to Mo. Sup. Ct. R. 81.04(b).

Overview: In a medical malpractice suit, summary judgment for radiologists and corporation was appropriate because exception to statute of limitation set forth in Mo. Rev. Stat. § 516.105 did not apply. Patient failed to produce evidence of negligence. If patient had done so, there might have been a factual issue as to application of statute of limitations.
