Overview: Judgment granting a motion to set aside a default judgment was reversed as only evidence was a short, vague affidavit of registered agent, affidavit provided no evidence that registered agent was not reckless, and affidavit was insufficient to demonstrate "good cause" for failing to respond to summons and petition, under Mo. Sup. Ct. R. 74.05(d).
