Overview: Where defendant parked her car in an odd position near an intersection where she could be hit, a deputy was justified in stopping to investigate under the community caretaker doctrine. There was no Fourth Amendment violation. Defendant was not entitled to suppress evidence from the stop in her DUI trial.
