Overview: Where defendant was charged with felony DUI, a "no driving" restriction imposed as a condition of pretrial release was authorized by Mont. Code Ann. § 46-9-108(1) to protect the public. Defendant was not entitled to suppress evidence, because the officer had particularized suspicion to approach defendant based on a 911 call.
