Overview: Termination of parental rights was affirmed under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-292 (7), because there was clear and convincing evidence that the child had been in out-of-home placement for 15 of the most recent 22 months, and the mother had not demonstrated a desire to be part of the child's life, much less a desire to parent him.
