Overview: Trial court reinstated insurers' fraud and unjust enrichment claims where insurers alleged that medical providers had been fraudulently incorporated. During litigation, high court had held that no-fault insurers, under N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 11, § 65-3.16(a)(12), were not required to reimburse providers who were fraudulently incorporated.
