Overview: Trial court did not err in not allowing railroad to cross-examine an employee's expert, who testified employee's exposure to asbestos caused his mesothelioma; railroad could cross-examine expert on any relevant matter pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 8C-1, N.C. R. Evid. 611(b), but railroad wanted to ask about report that expert had not relied upon.
