Overview: Order affirming clerk's decision to set aside prior reopening of decedent's estate was proper because, inter alia, although shareholders filed a claim against estate after the reopening, they did not file a claim before the estate was closed, and thus, the claim was forever barred against the estate pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 28A-19-3.
