Overview: Defendant's conviction for trafficking in cocaine by transportation under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 90-95(h)(3)(c) (2005) was reversed as there was no evidence that defendant moved cocaine from one place to another. When law enforcement arrived, defendant's vehicle containing cocaine was already parked and it remained stationary during operation.
