Overview: Suspension of a driver's license in 1990 for DUI was a conviction under N.D. Cent. Code § 39-06.2-10(8) and N.D. Cent. Code § 39-06.2-02(8) because a transportation department was an administrative tribunal, and definition of conviction under N.D. Cent. Code § 39-06-30 was not used; therefore, lifetime suspension of a commercial license was proper.
