Overview: Lower court's order of dismissal of plaintiff's complaint was reversed because defendant did not strictly comply with the requirements of N.D. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) when defendant did not send the demand for a complaint to the attorney by certified mail. Court declined to excuse the certified mail requirement.
