Overview: Employer's related company was immune from liability in wrongful death action because decedent's surviving spouse had received Workforce Safety and Insurance (WSI) benefits and for WSI exclusive remedy purposes, the employer and related company were the same entity and thus, the company was a contributing employer under N.D. Cent. Code § 65-01-08.
