Overview: The trial court did not err in denying the driver's motions for a directed verdict, under Civ. R. 50(A)(4), as, based on the evidence, the jury could have concluded that the victim was driving lawfully in the center turn lane when she collided with the driver, and that the driver failed to yield the right of way to her, causing the accident.
