|
Overview: Right to appeal decision on motion to suppress had been waived. No ruling on motion was found in record. If trial court did not issue ruling, defendant had waived his objection by pleading no contest before obtaining ruling on motion. If trial court did rule on motion, defendant had not provided court with record of that ruling, which was his duty.
