Overview: When a resident of a veterans home lost his dentures there, and his spouse sought to recover the cost of replacing them from the home, the spouse did not show that the dentures were ever delivered to the home, so no legal bailment duty could be imposed on the home as to this lost property, and the spouse could not recover the cost of replacing it.
